These terms cover your use of Snap the Night, run by ELEV8 AI SOLUTIONS & SERVICES LLC. By using it you agree to them. Contact: support@elev8ai.org.
What you get
- Each event is a one-time purchase that unlocks that event's QR code and upload page for unlimited guests, with 30 days of host access starting when you pay.
- When access ends, the event locks. Seven days later all of its photos and videos are permanently deleted unless you buy an extension, which adds 30 days. Deleted files cannot be recovered, so download what you want to keep before then. We email reminders, but keeping your copies is your responsibility.
- Prices are shown on the website before you pay.
Your event, your responsibility
- As host, you decide who gets the QR code and what happens with the photos and videos you collect, including whether you share them.
- Don't use Snap the Night for anything illegal, for content you don't have the right to collect, or to harass anyone. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Guests and their photos
Guests keep ownership of the photos and videos they upload. By uploading, a guest lets the host receive, keep, download, and share those files, and lets us store and deliver them to the host to run the service.
The service
We work hard to keep uploads safe and the service running, but it is provided as is. Uploads depend on guests' phones and connections, and we can't guarantee every file arrives. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any event is limited to what you paid for it. If something goes wrong with your event, email us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
